Founded in 2021 by Kassem El Saddik and Daniel Delati, 360 Consulting emerged from a commitment to elevate the standards of the global aid sector. With over 2 decades of experience, they set out to bridge the gaps they saw between the needs of local communities and the well-meaning but often misaligned approaches of the broader aid ecosystem.

360 Consulting is a value-driven consulting agency that supports development and humanitarian partners, non-profit organizations, and public institutions. We do this through meaningful policy research, monitoring & evaluation, agile organization development, and sound strategy design. We  mainstream a people-centered, culturally relevant, and systems-based approach.
