With more than 18 years of experience as an evaluation practitioner, researcher, and panelist in the Middle East, North America, and Africa. Kassem has led and managed the deployment of result-based management and M&E frameworks within government institutions and conducted extensive program and policy evaluations in various parts of the world. Kassem has been at the forefront of the evaluation community, a co-founder of the EVALSDGs network, MENA Evaluation Network (EvalMENA), and the Lebanese Evaluation Association (LebEval).

Sarah has a strong background in research, specifically in population-based studies and the development field. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Epidemiology at the American University of Beirut. As a health researcher with 7 years of experience, Sarah specializes in study design, quantitative data analysis using SPSS and Stata software, and qualitative research methodologies. Sarah has co-authored 8 academic papers published in peer-reviewed journals.
Organizational Development Specialist
Nadine Abdallah is an organizational development and capacity strengthening specialist with 15 years of experience in the civil society sector in Lebanon and the region. She is experienced in project management, qualitative research, and partnerships development. Her experience extends to monitoring and evaluation, localization of aid and leadership advocacy. She has a master's degree in Public Heath from the American University of Beirut.
Grants & Admin Assistant
As the grants focal point for the 360 consulting team, she oversees all the grants operations and manages the applications and filing system.
Alaa is highly-focused on diverse skills, as she supports also the 360 consulting teams with the recruiting and logistic processes.
She has a BS in computer science which makes her well-versed in computer software and MS Packages, moreover, Alaa is also a graduate student in English literature.
Research & Evaluation Analyst
Sandra has worked in different contexts and gained knowledge and experience in research and evaluation data collection, analysis, and reporting. She holds a master's degree in Health Promotion and Community Health and has been working with the 360 Consulting team, which ensures in all projects gender representation as a cross-cutting issue, on several WASH projects, and livelihood projects with local and international organizations.
Research & Evaluation Analyst
Mohammad holds a master's degree in Development studies from Geneva Graduate Institute in addition to a bachelor's in international relations. His main specialization is in power and conflicts while his second track is in mobilities and cities. Mohammad has concluded multiple applied research projects on the different contexts in the region with a main focus on the topic of the localization of aid.

Nadia holds a master's degree in Conflict Resolution from King's College London and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University. She has experience in research, data management, and human rights, currently serving as a Research Assistant at 360 Consulting. Nadia is fluent in Arabic, English, Russian, and French. She excels in data analysis, conflict management, and reporting, having worked in research at international NGOs.
Communications & Reporting Assistant
Rama has a BA in Communications and an AS in Business at Southern New Hampshire University in a competency-based program. Her experience include working with local social enterprises, global media companies, and NGOs, focusing on research, communication, and language instruction. She is also an Arabic <> English translator. Her academic work at SNHU spans over 250 research projects in various areas including marketing management, public relations, and organizational behavior.
